Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across infrastructure, engineering, and technology sectors.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual business targets.
• Represent Astraum at trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in business development or project sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-starter personality
