Responsibilities:
Develop and modify 2D & 3D design drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
Create detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for EOT/HOT Cranes, Hoists, and other industrial lifting equipment.
Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and engineering best practices.
Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation for projects.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand custom design requirements and provide solutions.
Conduct design calculations and simulations to optimize product performance.
Requisite Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design in the industrial machinery or crane/hoist manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and other relevant design software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of SolidWorks, Inventor, or other 3D modeling software is a plus.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Additional certifications in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design software will be an advantage.
