Market development: Identify new customers and generate leads. Conduct regular visit to existing customers to maintain relationships. Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
Sales & promotions : Promote organics products by providing technical knowledge to customers. Distribute samples and conduct demonstration. Achieve assigned sales targets.
Client coordination : Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the Head office.
Reporting & documentation : Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager. Maintain client visit records.
Supports and services : Assist head office in resolving customer technical queries. Handle complaints and collect customer feed back.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in textile chemistry/chemical engineering
