1. Monitor and supervise installation of hospital beds and medical furniture at client sites.
2.Manage and guide installation workers /technicians for timely and proper setup.
3.Resolve technical queries and provide after sales service support to existing clients.
4.Prepare and submit installation reports and customer satisfaction reports post-installation.
5.Ensure adherence to company quality standards during installations.
6.Provide training or demonstration to hospital staff/clients on product usage when required.
7.Maintain service records, installation logs, and customer feed back reports.
8.Coordinate with production and service team for smooth execution of service calls.
EDUCATION :Diploma/ITI?BE in mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or relevant technical stream.
