Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our team in the conveyor belt manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of industrial conveyor systems and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs in industries such as mining,Pharma,Food,Chemical, cement, packaging, logistics, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in target markets.
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions using our conveyor belt products and systems.
Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and on time.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand and products.
Provide after-sales support and assist with technical troubleshooting when necessary.
Requisite Skills:
Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or related industrial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively for site visits, presentations, and client meetings.
